Steria & SSCL: a pivotal deal

At the beginning of the month Steria confirmed that it had won a ten-year contract with the UK Cabinet Office to set up a joint venture called Shared Services Connected Ltd (SSCL). When we caught up with Steria UK CEO, John Torrie, he described it as “a pivotal deal”, referring to the way that the Joint Venture (JV) is set to fundamentally change the way that Government transacts business.
