Genpact's challenges and opportunities in UK BPS

Genpact is of real interest to us because it is something of an anomaly in the UK. As the former captive BPO operation of one of the world’s largest companies, General Electric, Genpact has grown to become a major $2bn IT/BP player in finance and accounting (F&A) BPO for large enterprises, and now also IT for financial services providers, competing often against much larger players like IBM, Accenture, Capgemini and HP. But for a company of its size and reach, Genpact has very limited exposure to the UK market.
