Alongside the Autumn Statement 2014, the Cabinet Office has published ‘Efficiency & Reform in the next Parliament’ outlining efficiency savings targets through to 2020. There are some ambitious targets and Government will now be increasingly reliant on its ability to drive forward radical transformation.
