CSC/HPE-ES merger: the UK BPS implications

Business process services (BPS) is particularly important to the pending CSC/HPE-ES merger – the multi-billion dollar merger was announced just weeks after CSC closed its smaller, but strategically crucial acquisition of insurance BPS provider Xchanging. With HPE-ES’s BPS business coming on board from next year, CSC now has to consider a three-way BPS merger alongside Xchanging, which has to yet to really begin.
