There has been a lot of movement among the Top 20 providers of Business Process Services (BPS) in the past year, reflecting the disruption taking place within a market moving away from traditional BPO towards technology-enabled services.

The shift in delivery models away from ‘lift and shift’ BPO towards tech-enabled BPS is accelerating with platform-based BPS winning an increasing share of the business and with vendors putting ever greater emphasis on partnering, acquiring, building and ‘uncovering’ IP.
