Alexander Mann Solutions aims for workplace dexterity as AMS

logoUK-headquartered, ‘masters of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO)’ Alexander Mann Solutions is marking its silver anniversary year with a modest rebrand – to AMS – and introducing the term ‘workforce dexterity’ to describe its approach to resourcing the enterprise.

This is the next step in David Leigh’s strategy to reshape and reposition the AMS business after coming on board as CEO in November 2019 (see New CEO for Alexander Mann Solutions). Since then, Leigh has overseen AMS expand into managing hourly-paid workers (see RPO leader Alexander Mann Solutions goes ‘Hourly’) and, more recently, moved the company into executive search with the acquisition of pan-European ‘digital’ executive search firm, The Up Group (see Alexander Mann Solutions on the up with The Up Group).

AMS pioneered RPO back in 1986. Under the leadership of founding CEO (now chair) Rosaleen Blair and now David Leigh, AMS has grown into a profitable global business with billings approaching £2b. The measured approach to rebranding and messaging is both timely and appropriate.
