It has been an ongoing debate for many years: how to make it easier for SMEs to do business with UK Government. In February last year, Prime Minister, David Cameron, put a stake in the ground. The Coalition would open up the way that Government does business and make sure that SMEs, charities and voluntary organisations could successfully compete for Government business.
