Financial Services is the most technology dependent of all sectors as money, assets and liabilities are all transferred in digital form. The technological advances, the proliferation of devices and the greater availability and diversity of data are accelerating the transformation of the competitive landscape and further inflating the expectations of customers, both business and consumer.

The sector participants must use this technology and new data in a “joined-up” way to deliver good customer service, efficient operations and informed decision making. Without the ability to join all the dots, many companies (and their SITS suppliers) will fail to meet the challenges of this dynamic, complex and ruthless, sector.
