ESAS Predictions 2013

This report is an extended version of the ESASViews Predictions for 2013 which was published in HotViews in December 2012. It looks at the ongoing and increasing impact of disruptive developments around cloud computing, big data/analytics, mobile and social media on software and services suppliers. Pressure is rising for clearly articulated use cases, proof points around business value propositions, industry solutions and value-based outcomes and business models, at the same time suppliers need to reduce the cost of supply and support. That all adds up to a make or break year across several dimensions.
