TechMarketView LLP – Website Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions shall govern the relationship between TechMarketView LLP Partnership No. OC339034, Registered Office, 250 Fowler Avenue, Farnborough, Hants, GU14 7JP, Trading Address PO Box 2288, Pulborough, RH20 6BR  (“TechMarketView”) and the user (the “User”) of the TechMarketView website (the “Website”).

These terms and conditions will apply to all Users regardless of whether they are Clients of TechMarketView LLP.

Agreement to use

a) By accessing the Website Users shall be deemed to have agreed to the full Terms & Conditions of use as set out here. These Terms & Conditions may be changed without notice and the latest version shall apply. Users are therefore advised to check these Terms & Conditions regularly.

Copyright

a) All information provided by TechMarketView, in any form, is proprietary to TechMarketView and is protected by U.K. and foreign laws governing intellectual property.

b) Unless stated to the contrary, the information contained in the Services is the copyright of TechMarketView, and is subject to international copyright laws.

Use

a) The User or its employees may use information retrieved from the Website for the research purposes only of the User. The User may not sell, resell or otherwise make the information available in any manner or on any media to any third party unless it has been granted prior written consent by TechMarketView.

b) The User may quote from the Website but, unless shown otherwise, must credit each such quote with “Source – TechMarketView”. Such quotes should be limited to no more than two sentences.

Links

a) The Website may use links to third party websites but TechMarketView is not responsible for and does not endorse their content or availability

b) Users may link to the Website provided the link is clearly identified as TechMarketView

c) Users must not pass off the Website or its content as their own or to use the link for any commercial purposes

d) TechMarketView reserves the right to prohibit any User from linking to the Website for whatever reason including links from websites that would bring the reputation of TechMarketView into disrepute.

Warranties and Liability

a) TechMarketView will use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information contained on the Website is correct. TechMarketView does not offer advice of any kind and is not regulated to do so by the FSA. Users should take independent advice before taking any action which could result in any loss; the responsibility for decisions taken on the basis of information given by TechMarketView will remain with the User.

b) TechMarketView analysts may hold shares in some of the companies they write about.

c) TechMarketView shall have no liability for any loss of profit, loss of savings or indirect special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims including (without limitation) those for loss of business or loss of interest which arise in connection with the use of the Website whether or not it has been notified of the possibility of such damages etc.

d) Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, all warranties, terms and conditions, whether express or implied by statute, common law or otherwise (including but not limited to fitness for purpose) are hereby excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Legal Construction

This agreement shall be governed by English law.
