Six Degrees: Is the buy and build approach working?

Six Degrees is a private equity backed network and IT services firm serving the UK’s mid-market. After its formation in 2011 it very quickly set about building out its portfolio via a series of acquisitions. In this research note we assess its current financials and examine whether its buy and build approach is proving to be a success.
