Serco's long road to recovery

Serco revealed deep losses and falling revenues in FY14, and is set to fall way down the UK BPS rankings in 2015. Lost business following the MoJ electronic monitoring scandal, the pending sale of its private sector BPS operation and plans to refocus the entire organisation solely on the public sector, means that Serco will look a very different business in the future.
