Northamptonshire County Council (NCC) has voted to no longer deliver services directly to citizens. The council’s ‘Next Generation Model’ means that over the next five years NCC will reduce its in-house workforce from 4,000 to a core staff of 150 referred to as the ‘NCC Group’.
