Application hosting firm, Attenda, has been backed by Darwin Private Equity since 2011 meaning the time looks right for a possible exit this year. Attenda is well placed to serve enterprises requiring business critical hosting services – an area of the infrastructure services market that is growing strongly. However, there are certainly some levers the company could pull to improve its financial performance and its long-term prospects.
