Spam filters and Junk Mail folders are the most likely culprit. The first thing to check is if whether anyone else in your company is still receiving Hotviews, this will narrow down the issue to being company wide or just you. If it is just you please check your Junk E-Mail folder typically found in most email clients. If the issue is a company wide problem then the chances are your company spam filter is the culprit. TechMarketView clients nominate an internal Company Administrator to manage their subscription to our services. The Company Administrator works closely with a TechMarketView Client Services Manager to ensure access to TMV research. They are the first point of contact for individuals within a client company that wish to have log-on details for the TMV research portal or to receive UKHotViews.
