The Access Group has announced the acquisition of construction project management platform Fonn. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Fonn, which was founded in Norway in 2016, developed a platform to streamline processes in the construction, fit-out, and facility management industries. Features of the platform include drawings and document management, task tracking, scope of works, snagging, requests for information (RFIs), submittals, tender management, and digital forms and communication tools. Since the platform was launched in 2017, the company has expanded to a customer base of 50,000 users across the UK, USA and Norway. It currently has offices in Os, Norway and in London.
Fonn will now form part of Access ERP, which provides a combination of products and solutions across a range of industry verticals, including construction, supply chain, waste management, professional services and facilities management.
The deal will strengthen The Access Group’s offering to the construction industry, where it already provides a range of solutions that have been established through the acquisitions of COINS in 2022 (see The Access Group acquires COINS in construction ERP), EasyBuild in 2020, and ConQuest in 2018.
