When we met Little British Battler (LBB) TIW Group back in January (see here), we were impressed by how this plucky boutique document management and workflow developer is helping modernise paper-based working practices at Lloyds of London, against competition from much larger rivals.
We recently caught up with CEO David Edwards to find out whether their strategy and growth plans have panned out as hoped. Particularly interesting is the story around SaaS adoption, where TIW is now going on the opposite journey to the rest of the market, starting with SaaS and taking the product on premise. There are some lessons here for the wider market.
