You can sign up to receive our daily UKHotViews email for free by clicking the sign up box at the top of this page. To access our in-depth research reports and notes your company needs to subscribe to one or more of our research services. If your company already subscribes to our research contact your Company Adminstrator or our Client Service team for details of how to log on to our research portal. Spam filters and Junk Mail folders are the most likely culprit. The first thing to check is if whether anyone else in your company is still receiving Hotviews, this will narrow down the issue to being company wide or just you. If it is just you please check your Junk E-Mail folder typically found in most email clients. If the issue is a company wide problem then the chances are your company spam filter is the culprit. Please can you ask you IT department to ensure our domain @techmarketview.com and the following IP address is added to the spam filter whitelist: 195.191.164.156. If you've checked these and you're still not getting your daily dose of UKHotViews please email info@techmarketview.com and we'll be happy to help investigate further.
TechMarketView clients nominate an internal Company Administrator to manage their subscription to our services. The Company Administrator works closely with a TechMarketView Client Services Manager to ensure access to TMV research. They are the first point of contact for individuals within a client company that wish to have log-on details for the TMV research portal or to receive UKHotViews. If your company subscribes to one or more TechMarketView research streams and you're not sure who your Administrator is, please contact info@techmarketview.com for details.
