To apply to our pitch day, you must be the Founder, CEO or MD of an SME business with an innovative B2B technology solution.
Your business should also meet the following criteria:
Please submit your application by completing this webform [link] by [4 March]. If successful in your application you will be invited to pitch to the Scaling Partner team on [w/b 21 March]. It is still to be decided whether these pitches will may be held virtually or F2F.
You will spend 30-60 minutes with a team from both TechMarketView and Scaling Partner to discuss your business plan and company aspirations. If selected to pitch you will be asked to provide further information about your company and business plan to make best use of the time.
Even if the Scaling Partner programme is not appropriate for your business, the team will endeavour, if relevant, to introduce you to other divisions or businesses in the Capita Group that could support you with sales or operational activity.
If you are selected as a potential candidate for the Scaling Partner programme following the pitch session, you will be invited to engage directly with the Scaling Partner team during a series of workshops that typically run over a 12 week period. These workshops will help us understand the size and scale of a potential partnership between Scaling Partner and your business:
There is no charge to apply for or to participate in a pitch session or, if selected, the follow-on Scaling Partner workshops. In order to ensure that Scaling Partner is aligned with the ambitions of the founders of their partner businesses, namely to substantially grow revenues and valuation through targeted sales and strategic activity, they operate a resources for equity model. The equity figure is always minority and is negotiated between you and Scaling Partner at the appropriate time.
There is no obligation. But if you are invited to join the Scaling Partner programme it would be because the team believes that together you could achieve extraordinary growth.
Scaling Partner will help identify the resources that you need to join the programme either from within its own organisation or through its extensive network of suppliers, clients, investors and business contacts. In addition, TechMarketView can introduce you to our corporate advisory partners if you wish to seek external funding.
