TechMarketView is looking for a Customer Services Director

Although it was less than two years since we launched TechMarketView it really has been a great success. We are considered to be one of the most influential analyst firms in the UK. Around 10,000 of the most senior people in the UK SITS sector rely on their daily dose of HotViews.  Already our subscribing clients (ie those who pay us real money) represent over 50% of the UK market by revenue and include the leaders like HP, BT, Microsoft.

We are now looking for a person to take charge of our Customer Services which covers everything from generating new sales to looking after our existing client base where our renewal rates are the envy of the industry.

It should be stressed that this is a senior appointment. We are looking for someone with real experience of – and demonstrable success - selling subscription-based research to the UK SITS vendor community. Someone used to operating at the very highest CEO level. Someone driven by the same passion for excellence as the rest of the team. Clearly you’ll need all the communication, organisational, management and technical skills required to operate at this level.
