In doing so, he reiterated the Government’s support for joint ventures, employee-owned mutuals and partnership with the private sector. In addition, we suspect many outsourcing companies were frothing at the mouth with excitement as several city financial institutions pointed to a huge boom expected in the UK public sector outsourcing market.
