*NEW RESEARCH* SAP: Changing perceptions

Although ERP remains at the heart of SAP’s application portfolio, SAP has over the last decade built up a broad-ranging product portfolio, able to offer solutions to the digital transformation challenges of public sector organisations. In this research note, we consider whether SAP will be able to change its perception in the market.
