Published today, TechMarketView’s Top 3 emerging BPS buying trends: 2021-23 report looks at how COVID-19 is changing end-user requirements in terms of what buyers need, and prioritise, from their business process service (BPS) providers.
The impact of the pandemic, and the realities of conducting business during lockdown has highlighted the vulnerability of analogue business models. Having received a lot of comment and feedback from BPS end users we have picked out three major emerging buying trends that we expect to be increaseingly important.
