Exec team undertakes TechMarketView MBO

We doubt it will come as a surprise to many of our long-term readers that TechMarketView’s co-founders, Richard Holway MBE and Anthony Miller, have been aspiring to retire for a while now. At their time of life they certainly deserve to be spending more time enjoying life.

So, it gives us a great deal of pleasure to let you know that they have both now officially ‘retired’, following the completion of a management buyout by the executive team – Tola Sargeant, Georgina O’Toole, Deborah Seth and Kate Hanaghan – last week. With over 50 years at TMV between us, we know the business better than anyone and are excited at the prospect of taking TechMarketView into its next phase with the support of our top-notch team.

Indeed, in many ways it will be very much ‘business as usual’ here at TechMarketView. As the management team, we have been running TMV since 2017, and Richard is still keen to write the occasional HotViews article. We do have some exciting plans for the future though and look forward to sharing those with you in due course.

For now, however, we want to take the opportunity to thank Richard and Anthony for all that they have done since founding TechMarketView 15 years ago and wish them all the very best in their retirement. We wouldn’t be where we are today without them!
