*NEW RESEARCH* UK SITS M&A deals defy virus – at least in Q1

Merger and acquisition activity in the UK software and IT services (SITS) sector was seemingly unaffected by the COVID-19 pandemic during Q1 2020, according to latest data from technology investment bank, Silverpeak, with only a small decrease in deal flow, well within the bounds of the usual quarterly variations.
